Born Christopher Antonio Elliott, “The Real Frii” (formerly “FriiStyle Gahspol”), literally, has his way with words. As a seasoned orator and lyricist, Christopher (“Frii”) has created quite a niche for himself as a speaker, poet, recording artist, author, and burgeoning actor. A native of New Haven, Connecticut (USA), Frii began speaking in front of audiences at the ripe age of 16, inspiring and moving those within his local church community. Frii developed his gift and passion for speaking through his early college years and accredits much of his skill in the written word to a former college English professor at the University of Connecticut. 

With a love for words and music, The Real Frii began performing spoken word poetry at the world-famous Apollo Theater NY, as well as the historic Nuyorican Poets Cafe. Combining his love for spoken word and music, he would later record some of his first singles with Grammy award and multi-platinum producer Edwin Ramos Jr. Frii’s music and poetry gained critical appeal over the years, and he has since been called upon to grace the Apollo Theater NY stage several times, along with a slew of nationally acclaimed music competitions, festivals, and award ceremonies throughout the USA. Fresh off his first ever performance overseas at the 2018 GXMM Awards UK, 2019 would solidify Frii’s leap from national to international public figure. He would go on to be added to the special guest roster of UK’s “KISH” band’s Wake Up Warrior Tour in Switzerland and France. 

Over the years, Frii has served as a child development specialist, public servant, educator, and practitioner of restorative practices; also volunteering his time as Director of Mentor Coordination. Combining his lyrical and teaching ability, Frii has had the pleasure of co-facilitating song writing/lyricism workshops overseas in France. In addition to his years of vocational and performance experience, Frii also holds certificates in Rhetoric/Public Speaking and Family Engagement in Education from Harvard University. 

The Real Frii seeks to inspire people to be the best version of themselves as possible, utilizing his many talents and love for words to accomplish just that. He has had the pleasure of working on projects and campaign ads for Cablevision and RedBull. In 2019 Frii began work on the set of the CBS comedy-drama “God Friended Me”. In 2020, Frii was cast for his first supporting role in the feature film “Footprints of an Angel”, where he plays the wrongfully imprisoned son of R&B legend Meli’sa Morgan. Staying determined to create throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, he would also go on to release his first poetry book titled "The Epic Poem: Mastermind", officially released in celebration of "Juneteenth" 2020. On May 17, 2020, The Epic Poem set the first-ever OFFICIAL WORLD RECORD for the longest written alliteration, recognized by the Record Holders Republic- Registry of Official World Records. 

Frii’s roots as a youth, have always been connected to the graphic arts as well. From selling cartoon drawings of Sesame Street characters on friends’ jeans in exchange for lunch money, to designing sketchbooks and journals, and his digital artwork online today. Born to teenage parents, and the eldest of six siblings, Frii has always been passionate about family, youth, and community. So, in March of 2020, Frii launched his "Frii Lunch" podcast, where he transparently shares with listeners all the above, and how he navigates life's challenges with his faith at the center. He makes it a point to offer what he calls "free food for your soul" each episode. Frii Lunch can be found on all major platforms including iHeart Radio, Apple Podcasts, and Spotify.

In October 2021, Frii relaunched his long held brand and company, FriiStyle Gahspol LLC, DBA The Real Frii, in New Haven, Connecticut. This is the company's first brick and mortar location, where Frii records the Frii Lunch podcast, and much of his voiceover acting roles. The New Haven location is also open to the public as a podcast rent space for other creatives in the area.

He loves his family and loves laughing, it’s one of his self-proclaimed superpowers. Strengthened by his faith in God, and supported by his faithful wife and children, he lives by this declaration: "I am a monolith, I will not be broken. I am a tall tree; I will not be shaken. I am love. I am peace. I am joy. I know exactly who I am."
